We are a family farm living our dream of raising ethical, quality beef for our community. We love our life on the land and want to share our journey with you.

We are a husband and wife team with three kids, dogs, cats, chickens and cattle. Farming is in our blood and we always wanted to instil the values of hard work and homegrown in our family.

We come from a long line of farming knowledge, with Tom being a 3rd generation farmer.

We are lucky enough to have grown up eating our meat straight from the farm but we know so many who don't know there is a difference in look, texture and taste in meat when eating store bought v's fresh paddock to plate.

We are hoping to help educate people about the difference and enable them to buy fresh local meat. This is why we partner with our family members Paul and Suzie Darmody who own and run the Bungendore Country Butchery. They have been in the industry for 30+ years and have the knowledge that goes along with that time. They help us by ensuring we are providing the best product for our clients.

Our farm 'Maxfield' is a 300 acre cattle farm just outside Bungendore on the NSW Southern Tablelands. We farm Angus cattle, free range chickens and have a strong focus on pasture improvement and regenerating our land. Our cattle are pasture fed and finished, and enjoy a happy humane life.
